Corporate and Social Presentations
Andy regularly provides a presentation aimed at keeping Managers and Staff, mentally fit and healthy and as a result, happy and productive.
"Cavemen and Polar Bears" is a fast moving fun run through the mind. Examples of behaviour and thought
patterns, that we will all recognise, are used to emphasise the message.
The message, though simple, can be life changing.
Presented in person, with honesty, humour and in
everyday terms, this presentation suits all groups. Businesses, Charities,
Social Groups – all can benefit from the message that is delivered here.
Find out why our “Security Guard” lets us down by being too vigilant.
How has our “Filing
Cabinet” become so cluttered?
Is our “Chemist”giving us the wrong “medicine”?
All of these things happen naturally in YOUR brain and could be making you sick
– or worse!
The
GREAT NEWS is that YOU have the resources within you to
change things around for the better. Even better news is that it is relatively easy!
The
presentation addresses subjects such
Stress & Anxiety, Anger, Depression, Sleep Problems, Phobias and many
more.
Find
out how the human brain functions, how we react to
stress, how we naturally
resolve issues through sleep, what happens to us if
we think negatively, what damage our
family, friends and colleagues may be unwittingly doing to us, how to prevent
depression etc
The presentation is fast moving, fun and thought provoking.
If you would like to find out more about how your
life could become so much happier and fulfilling, or how staff might be more
positive and productive, this could be the time to do so.
The presentation can be adapted to suit your specific requirements such as productivity, interpersonal skills, redundancy etc and is followed by a questions and
answer session.

Social Presentations
I am aware that many organisations invite speakers to their meetings to address their members on a variety of subjects. I am also aware that it is often difficult to find such speakers.
I can provide a presentation based on "Cavemen & Polar Bears" above. It is an introduction into how you can improve your mental health.
The presentation lasts between approximately 60 minutes and is fully illustrated.
I can hold a questions and answers session afterwards.
As an ex-Serviceman I count my blessings everyday that I have my health and well-being. In appreciation of this and with respect to our service men and women past and present, my profits from the £50 fee for the presentation are equally divided before being donated to The Poppy Appeal, Combat Stress, Help for Heroes, BLESMA (the British Limbless Ex Servicemens Association) and St Dunstans (Blinded Veterans).
